Information you give us

When you fill out a quote form, call, or email us, we collect:

Information collected automatically

When you visit the site, our analytics and advertising tools collect standard web data, including:

Google Ads enhanced conversions

When you submit our estimate form, we share the email and phone number you enter with Google Ads. Your browser scrambles (hashes) them first. Google uses them only to tell us whether someone who clicked one of our ads went on to ask for an estimate. You can stop this anytime by opting out in Cookie Settings at the bottom of any page. You can opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics Opt-out Add-on, and manage ad personalization at Google Ads Settings and Meta Ad Preferences. Your browser's privacy settings, an ad blocker, or a Do Not Track extension will also block most tags.

• Lead capture and hosting - our backend provider stores quote form submissions so our team can respond
• Email and phone - we use standard business email and phone services to reply to you
• Analytics and advertising - Google and Meta, as described in the previous section
• Crews and subcontractors - the installers working on your job receive only the information needed to complete the work
• Material suppliers - when we order or schedule delivery of materials for your project, the supplier receives your name, property address, and delivery details
• Legal and insurance - attorneys, insurers, and government agencies when required by law or to protect our rights

We do not sell your personal information for money, and we do not share it with data brokers.

Form submissions are sent over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection and stored in our backend. Access is limited to Lane Roofing staff and the vendors listed above who need it to do their job.

How long we keep your data. We keep lead and customer records for up to 7 years so we can honor warranties, respond to insurance claims, and meet tax and business record-keeping requirements. If you ask us to delete your data sooner, we will unless we are legally required to keep it.

Text messaging (SMS)

Lane Roofing and Restoration, LLC offers an optional text messaging program. If you check the optional SMS consent box on our contact form, you agree to receive text messages from us about your inquiry, appointments, estimates, and project updates, including appointment confirmations, scheduling reminders, estimate follow-ups, project updates, invoice notices, and review requests. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe or HELP for help, or contact us at info@laneroofingandrestoration.com. Texts may come from our Asheville office at (828) 490-1830 or our Mooresville office at (980) 391-8020. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase, and you can submit our forms without checking the box.

Mobile opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Calls and email

When you give us your phone number or email, Lane Roofing and Restoration, LLC may call or email you about your request, estimate, and service. You can opt out of calls or emails at any time by asking us verbally or in writing.

Call recording. Phone calls with our team may be recorded for quality, training, and record-keeping purposes. By calling us or accepting our call, you consent to the call being recorded.

Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights over your personal information:

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of the page and, for significant changes, post a notice on the homepage for a reasonable period.
